Watson: Teeth Marks (CBS, Sunday, March 23, 2025)

Watson Premiere Announcement Key Art

Things are about to get messy for Dr. John Watson. In this Sunday’s episode of CBS’s “Watson,” titled “Teeth Marks,” our titular hero isn’t just battling enigmatic cases; he’s battling his own mind. Auditory hallucinations begin to plague Watson, blurring the lines between reality and delusion. Is this a symptom of his underlying medical condition? Or has someone – cough, Moriarty, cough – found a new way to manipulate him?

As if his internal struggles weren’t enough, Watson and his team face a particularly baffling case. A woman suffering from a rare condition experiences a complete memory reset every three minutes. This presents a unique investigative challenge, requiring some serious outside-the-box thinking. How do you solve a crime when your key witness can’t remember what happened moments ago?

And lurking in the background, as always, is James Moriarty, played with unsettling charm by Randall Park. While the details of his scheme remain under wraps, it’s safe to say he’s up to no good.

“Teeth Marks,” written by Charly Evon Simpson and directed by Jennifer Lynch, airs Sunday, March 23rd at 9:00 PM EST on CBS and streams on Paramount+.
