Things are about to get messy for Dr. John Watson. In this Sunday’s episode of CBS’s “Watson,” titled “Teeth Marks,” our titular hero isn’t just battling enigmatic cases; he’s battling his own mind. And lurking in the background, as always, is James Moriarty, played with unsettling charm by Randall Park. While the details of his scheme remain under wraps, it’s safe to say he’s up to no good.
