We’re Here: Oklahoma, Part 1 (HBO, May 17, 2024)

We're Here

The fourth episode of We’re Here’s fourth season, titled “Oklahoma, Part 1,” airs on HBO on May 17, 2024. In this episode, the queens call for reinforcement and are joined by the legendary Latrice Royale as they navigate the conservative state of Oklahoma, known for its alarming number of anti-LGBTQ+ bills.

The episode centers around four individuals: Christian, an attack survivor; Kris, a proud father who has gone viral; John, a two-spirited educator; and Randy, an openly gay man accepted in the staunchly anti-drag town of Bartlesville. The queens work with these individuals, using the power of drag to help them explore their identities and share their stories with the world.
