Fred Sirieix, the beloved maître d’ of “First Dates,” trades romantic matchmaking for ancestral sleuthing in this week’s “Who Do You Think You Are?” While Fred knows a bit about his paternal lineage from Limoges, France, his mother’s side of the family remains a complete mystery.
