Whose Line Is It Anyway?: Grace Byers 2 / Greg Proops 12 (The CW, Friday November 1, 2024)

Whose Line Is It Anyway?

A double dose of improv shenanigans hits The CW this Friday, as Whose Line returns with two new episodes. First up, Grace Byers joins the usual suspects—Ryan Stiles, Wayne Brady, Colin Mochrie, and Aisha Tyler—for what one can only hope is a controlled descent into comedic chaos. Given the show’s track record, expect the unexpected.

Will Byers embrace the absurdity, or will she find herself bewildered by the rapid-fire gags? The success of these episodes often hinges on the guest’s willingness to dive headfirst into the silliness.

Later, Greg Proops returns to the Whose Line stage, bringing his particular brand of witty banter and quick thinking. Proops is a seasoned veteran of improv combat, so his presence should make for a lively half-hour.

One can only hope for a healthy dose of both clever wordplay and the kind of off-the-rails moments that make Whose Line so enduringly watchable.
