Alison Victoria, the Chicago-based designer, returns to HGTV with a new season of the series Windy City Rehab. The show premieres on Tuesday, 24 September, at 8 pm ET/PT.
This season, Victoria takes on a full schedule, tackling 12 renovation projects. Each episode presents unique challenges, from managing timelines and budgets to meeting client expectations. Victoria’s style is distinctive as she sources unique pieces and maximizes space to create individual homes.
Victoria also contemplates selling her recently renovated Chicago home and Atlanta condo to fund future projects. The season begins with a special project in Little Italy, where Victoria brings a long-delayed dream home renovation to life, overcoming permit delays. Her design blends modern updates with respect for the historic 1890s-era home’s original brickwork and stained glass.
