Things are about to get messy – in the best possible way – on this Saturday’s episode of “Zombie House Flipping.” The A&E series, known for taking on the most dilapidated and decaying properties, returns with a double dose of demolition and design challenges. This time, however, the biggest challenge might not be the houses themselves, but the clash of personalities within the flipping team.
In “Back to the Flip: Clash of the Builders,” the team takes on a crumbling Tudor, a once-grand house now rotting from the inside out. But just as the demolition gets underway, chaos erupts when Duke goes rogue with some pricey upgrades, putting the project’s budget – and everyone’s patience – to the test.
As if one challenging project wasn’t enough, a second “Zombie” house, this one a mid-century modern disaster, sparks another round of disagreements. The team’s usual collaborative spirit gives way to a clash of opinions over the best approach to the renovation.
“Zombie House Flipping” thrives on tight timelines and even tighter budgets, often with the additional fun of stumbling upon costly surprises once work is under way.
