In the third episode of A Baker’s Life, Paul Hollywood looks back at his early career: from an apprentice baker in his dad’s bakeries to working at the five star stately home, Cliveden House Hotel, where he cooked for the Queen Mother.
On the menu this time: fresh fruit donuts and British-raised pork pie. Paul returns home to Merseyside to meet up with his oldest and closest friends. He also joins the nightshift at the prestigious Chester Grosvenor – the hotel where he got his big break – and bakes exquisite seasonal Danish pastries.
