Susan Penhaligon

English actress who was very busy during the 1970’s and 1980’s, achieved household name status thanks to her starring role in ITV’s controversial drama A Bouquet of Barbed Wire (1976).

Along the way there were guest appearances in everything from Public Eye to Play For Today and quite a few prominent film roles along the way including Under Milk Wood (1971), No Sex Please We’re British (1973), Nasty Habits (1976) and Patrick (1978).
