Barry Humphries’ Scandals (BBC Comedy, Diana Dors)

Barry Humphries’ Scandals was Humphries first starring TV series introducing Mrs Edna Everage (yet to be made a Dame) as well as other characters like Vicar Kevin Cock and clairvoyant Madame Barrie. The series grew out of a one off special called Strangers in the Night.

Guest stars included Diana Dors, Joanna Van Gyseghem, Dick Bentley, Pamela Cundell, Ann Lancaster, Roland Macleod, Bill Wallis, June Whitfield, Rolf Harris, John Quayle, Michael Palin, Willie Rushton and Arthur Mullard.
