Crime drama series Body of Proof follows Dr Megan Hunt as she leaves behind a career as a top neurosurgeon to resumer a career as a medical examiner. In best Quincy or Silent Witness style Megan can’t help getting personally involved in the mysteries that have brought the victims to her table.
Megan has been more or less forced out of the operating theatre and a car accident leaves her unable to continue. She also begins to realise that her personal life is suffering at the expense of her career.
