Drama series. 30 years after growing up as best friends in 1960’s Birmingham, Alabama Mary Elizabeth O’Brien and Rene Jackson are brought together again after the death of Rene’s father. The pair’s friendship had originally ended after Rene fell pregnant and had to move away.
