In The Fugitive Dr Richard Kimble (David Janssen) is accused of murder, he evades capture and embarks on a journey to find the real killer.
What is The Fugitive about
Drama series. Richard Kimble is forced to go on the run when he is believed to be responsible for the murder of his wife. Kimble goes in search of the one armed man he believes really committed the crime. In the final two part episode Kimble tracked down the one armed man and proved his innocence. At the time this show was probably the most popular on TV.
In the mid 1990’s a big screen version was made with Harrison Ford in the lead role and then in 2000 a lacklustre revival aired with Tim Daly as Kimble.

Who made The Fugitive
The Fugitive was a Quinn Martin production broadcast on the ABC network. It ran for 120 episodes (each episode ran for 50 minutes to fill an hour long slot including commercials) from 17 September 1963 to 29 August 1967. The series was created by Roy Huggins and the theme music was by Bill Raisch. The series was executive produced by Quinn Martin.
