The Job Lot was a curiously old fashioned sitcom set in a job centre in the West Midlands. Trish is the boss and her main worker is Karl along with Angela two security guards Paul and Janette.
The only surprise here is that Eric Chappell or Roy Clarke are not the series writers! Despite that it managed to knock up three seasons, from season two onwards the show was broadcast on ITV-2.
