No Night Is Too Long (BBC Thriller, Lee Williams, Marc Warren)
In one off thriller No Night Is Too Long Tim Cornish (Lee Williams) is having a homosexual affair with university professor, Ivo Steadman (Marc Warren). Then he falls in love with Isabel Winwood (Mikela J Mikael) and on a research trip to an island he fights with Ivo and leaves him for dead.
Tim finds he has lost Isobel’s contact details and cannot find her and in despair he meets and has an affair with another man – but then Ivo returns.
No Night Is Too Long was based on a Ruth Rendell novel which was published under the name Barbara Vine, the nom de plume she used for her more psychological work.
