Shortlived sitcom Pride and Joy focused on the intertwined lives of two couples, Greg and Amy Sherman and Nathan and Carol Green. Both had recently had children.
Interestingly both the women in the show went out to work (they both worked for the same ad agency) whilst the husbands stayed at home looking after the kids, (Greg was a freelance writer – Nathan was freelance unemployed).
