In the thriller State of Mind forensic psychologist Grace Hazlett is asked to help the police with the case of a man who killed his wife in a seeming accident when his car accelerates into her in their driveway, although he claims to have no memory of the incident. She discovers he suffers from epileptic fits, but did such a fit cause the accident or is he faking the seizures?
