As the ringmaster of this magical, weird and unpredictable world, Vic’s mission is to provide answers to questions posed by CBBC viewers – no matter how weird or wonderful those questions may be.
Each investigation is the launch pad for sketches, songs, animations and Vic’s unique flights of fancy, with plenty of amazing facts uncovered along the way.
