In one off BBC thriller Thin Ice, written by Tom Needham, Graham Moss (Nicholas Lyndhurst) works as a doctor without ever having actually qualified, he uses his ‘skills’ for devious ends (mainly involving giving out fake sicknotes and the like), his problems really start when he finds himself involved with a gangster.
