Always and Everyone was a medical drama series that aired for four seasons on the ITV Network between 1999 and 2002 and starred Martin Shaw and Niamh Cusack.

The series told stories of the doctors, especially Robert Kingsford (Shaw) and Christine Fletcher (Cusack) working in the hectic A&E department of large city hospital Saint Victors.

Quite a few changes occured on the show over the course of its run, Michael Kitchen arrived as Jack Turner at the start of the third season as did Jane Danson (as Sam Docherty). Most of the main cast left after the end of the third season.

From season three the title was shortened to simply A & E.
