Producer Jack Williams was determined to ensure authenticity and took advice from the Law Society to do so. However he was also equally keen to ensure that the drama wasn’t all legal procedure.
Robert Holmes contributed a few scripts as did Jean Scott-Rogers Tessa Diamond.
