Floodtide (ITV 1987-1988, Philip Sayer, John Benfield)

In crime drama Floodtide former doctor Ramsey (Philip Sayer) now living the good life in France is drawn back to the UK when a former high profile patient (a prominent MP) die and his daughter Tessa (Gabrielle Dellal) is convinced foul play was involved.

Ramsey discovers that the dead man may have been using illegal drugs however the more he investigates the more it becomes apparent that some very dangerous people want to stop him.
