The Herbs (BBC Kids TV, Gordon Rollings)

Stop frame animated series The Herbs, narrated by Gordon Rollings, detailed the adventures of the animals living in the walled English country garden of Sir Basil and Lady Rosemary. The adventures would begin once the magic word “Herbidacious” was uttered. One of the characters, Parsley the Lion, went on to have his own series.

Other characters were Dill the Dog, Sage the Owl, Bayleaf the Gardener, Constable Knapweed, Mr Onion, Aunt Mint , The Chives, Tarragon, Belladonna and Pashana Bedh.
