Comedy thriller serial It’s Murder – But Is It Art? centred on Phineas Drake, an amateur detective, who investigates the murder of a young woman. The police are convinced that Brigadier Binghop is the culprit. Phineas though is convinced they have the wrong man, so he sets out to find the real murderer.
