In short lived sitcom Time Of My Life Ken Archer goes through a mid life crisis when he is made redundant and on the same day his wife leaves him for a younger man. His life then goes from bad to worse.

In a pilot filmed in 1979 but never transmitted the Archer’s had a different surname, being called Armitage instead.
