HGTV’s cable network, which reaches over 37 million viewers per month, will brighten the summer with recurring favorite series on real estate, renovation and superstar design, along with a raft of new series that bring back familiar faces – all from primetime this month.

The network’s summer program features some of HGTV’s popular stars in new and recurring series. New episodes of Christina on the Coast follow Christina Anstead as she brings her distinctive design style to more SoCal homes and shares her personal journey with her husband, Ant Anstead, and her mixed family of five children. Mina Starsiak Hawk and Karen E Laine return for a new season of Good Bones, turning abandoned Indianapolis properties into dream homes. Designer and developer Alison Victoria (Windy City Rehab) will travel the country with viewers to find out which of HGTV’s flipping across America experts is the biggest success for the home flipping business. And charismatic interior designer, social network influencer and author Orlando Soria (Unspouse My House) will work with homeowners looking for a big change in their lives – and in Build Me Up, help them renovate their homes and make the fresh start they deserve.

Other new titles in HGTV’s summer-inspired program will bring back familiar faces. Contractor and real estate specialist Scott McGillivray plays host in Holiday Home Rules and will guide families who want to buy their holiday home and realize their full rental potential. Masters of Home is bringing back partners and property/renovation experts Dave and Kortney Wilson, who will help clients turn their property-fixers into dream homes.

In addition, the already announced Renovation Island series with Bryan and Sarah Baeumler will follow them as they pack their bags, move to a tropical island and renovate an entire resort. The network’s program also includes Generation Renewal: Lake House with restorer and designer Danielle Bryk, who is building a new family home for her sister-in-law and brother-in-law.

A new HGTV series will bring beautiful homes and the people who live in them closer to viewers around the world. Beach Around the World follows homebuyers as they explore some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and hope to turn a trip to the sea into their day-to-day dream home.

HGTV has announced several other anticiapated series, including House Hunters: Comedians on Couches, which features seven popular comedians with spirited, colorful commentaries on classic episodes of the hit series; Design At Your Door, which offers homeowners virtual design assistance from HGTV’s top stars; and Hot Mess House, in which organizer and coach Cassandra Aarssen helps families deal with the chaos and challenges of home organizing.

Jane Latman, president, HGTV said “HGTV has plenty of premiere hours for fans who are uncompromising when it comes to summer viewing options, we have a series to appeal to every viewer – from in-the-moment, self-shot series like House Hunters: Comedians on Couches and Design at Your Door to family-driven renovation series like Renovation Island and Generation Renovation: Lake House. Millions of fans will have a dozen new series to inspire, entertain and motivate them as they work on their home projects.”
