Cooking with the Stars: Episode 2 (S2EP2 ITV Tuesday 14 June 2022)

In the second episode of the series, our next four stars take to the kitchen under the guidance of their chef mentors. Tonight, we’ll see Dame Kelly Holmes, Chaser, Anne Hegerty, TV expert Dr Ranj and Love Island’s Maura Higgins all attempting to cook Spanish dishes. Hoping they can impress with their culinary skills, but will their dish be good enough to avoid being in the cook off? With things heating up in the kitchen as temperatures reach boiling point, our novices start to feel the pressure.

This episode will see our stars panic over tapas, encounter an unfortunate meat-burn and have a wobble over a paella. And one star doesn’t even manage to plate up their whole dish. With one celebrity eliminated from the competition, who will find themselves in hot water and who will be sailing through to the next round?

Hosted by Emma Willis and Tom Allen, Cooking With The Stars will see eight celebrities paired with a professional chef who will mentor, teach and take them from passionate amateur to restaurant level chefs.

The eight celebrities who will be putting on their aprons and heading to the kitchen are dancer and TV personality Anton Du Beke (mentored by Rosemary Shrager), Olympian Dame Kelly Holmes (mentored by Ronnie Murray), This Morning’s Josie Gibson mentored by Tony Singh MBE) , Chaser Anne Hegerty (mentored by Jean-Christophe Novelli), Love Island’s Maura Higgins (mentored by Jack Stein), TV expert Dr Ranj Singh (mentored by Clodagh McKenna), comedian Joe Wilkinson (mentored by Judy Joo) and DJ Woody Cook (mentored by Mike Reid).

Across a series of exciting cooking battles, the celebrities will be trained by their mentor chefs to produce delicious dishes that will be judged by the remaining professionals.
