Johanna Griggs and Colin Fassnidge are back with another instalment of Better Homes and Gardens, this time exploring Uluru and its rich history, geology, and zoology. The duo will also showcase the local art and culinary scenes, with Johanna meeting artists who work with the earth and Colin cooking a local delicacy, Seared Pepper Berry Kangaroo Strip Loin with Macadamia Crust.
