The duo will also showcase the local art and culinary scenes, with Johanna meeting artists who work with the earth and Colin cooking a local delicacy, Seared Pepper Berry Kangaroo Strip Loin with Macadamia Crust.

In this episode, airing on Channel 7 on Friday 26 April, viewers will also be treated to a variety of DIY projects and tips, including a unique floating shelf design by Adam, a stylish side table build by Juliet, and a guide to growing and displaying staghorn ferns by Charlie.

Clarissa Feildel, a self-taught chef with Malaysian roots, will showcase her Stir Fry Hokkien Noodles with Chicken and Prawns, a delicious and authentic dish.
