In this episode, the Llanberis Mountain Rescue team in Eryri/Snowdonia National Park alerts the emergency services about a walker with a severe head laceration. Helicopter Rescue 936 from Caernarfon is dispatched, and the crew must carefully winch down a paramedic to assess the casualty.

Meanwhile, on Scotland’s West Coast, a multi-agency operation, including the police and the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, investigates reports of modern slavery, human trafficking, and crew member welfare issues, with potential criminal charges looming.

Elsewhere, a worried son contacts the Maritime Rescue Co-ordination Centre in Holyhead, reporting his elderly father missing. The man was last seen bait digging at Llandudno West Shore Beach, and with the beach posing a high risk of being cut off by the tide and darkness falling, time is of the essence.

In Holywell Bay, Cornwall, an individual finds themselves stuck on a dangerous cliff face, requiring the combined efforts of Coastguard Rescue teams, the RNLI Lifeboat, and Rescue Helicopter 924 for a challenging rescue operation.
