In the third episode of Channel 4’s reality competition, Double The Money, the pressure intensifies as the remaining teams face the daunting task of doubling £1000 in just one week. With the challenge getting tougher, the contestants must think creatively and utilize their entrepreneurial skills to avoid elimination.
The twins host a local event for ladies in Leeds, while married couple Nissy and Ben share their secrets to a happy marriage through a webinar. On Bournemouth beach, a father-son duo sets up a hook-a-duck game with a £5-per-go price tag, needing a large number of customers to reach their target. Best friends Radhika and Seema take a bold approach with an erotic art workshop in northwest London, but their remote location and niche offering may prove challenging for attracting customers.
Meanwhile, in Telford, Dale and Harvey’s talent show hits a snag when they realize they’ve lost their card machine, threatening their ability to take payments. Elsewhere, a mother-daughter duo faces uncertainty as they question whether their plus-sized model event will be able to go ahead as planned.
As the clock ticks down, the teams race against time to reach their financial goals. They then return to the Vault, where they discover their fate and learn whether they have successfully doubled their money to secure their place in the competition.
