I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! 17 April 2024, Channel 10, “Season 10 Episode 19”

I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! is back with a new episode tonight on Channel 10, and this time, the celebrities will be updated on current events after weeks of being cut off from the outside world. They will also have to say goodbye to another one of their own as another elimination looms.

Last night Khanh Ong was the latest celebrity to leave the camp, and his departure has left his fellow contestants reeling. During his time in the jungle, Khanh Ong, a favourite from season 10 of MasterChef Australia, put his chef skills to good use and whipped up meals for his campmates using his limited resources. Khanh also participated in some of the show’s biggest challenges, including dropping off the side of a mountain on his first day and shopping in the Jungle Shop of Horrors. He even braved the Stinking Ship 2: Stink Harder! trial, bringing home a full suite of stars.

Beyond the kitchen, Khanh also had some revealing chats with his campmates and continued the tradition of chefs bringing in large amounts of contraband. Along with Callum Hole and Brittany Hockley, Khanh was punished for his contraband stash by having to put rubber bands around a watermelon until it exploded. Khanh’s time in the jungle was also for a good cause—he chose to support Minus18 Youth, an organisation that has positively impacted his own journey of self-discovery.

Now, the remaining celebrities will have to adjust to life in the camp without Khanh. They will also receive news updates about the world outside the jungle for the first time in weeks. This will undoubtedly spark interesting conversations and reflections among the group as they learn about the events that transpired during their time in isolation.

As the competition intensifies, the celebrities will continue to face physical and mental challenges, pushing themselves to their limits in the hopes of winning money for their chosen charities. With each day bringing new surprises and twists, the celebrities will need to stay resilient and adaptable to navigate the unpredictable nature of life in the jungle.
