Tragedy struck when Andre Montgomery Jr., who was featured on several episodes, was shot and killed in March 2016 at the age of 21. The case took a shocking turn when Tim Norman, Andre’s uncle and a co-star on the show, was accused of orchestrating his nephew’s murder.

Norman was charged with conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire, resulting in the death of his nephew. He allegedly conspired with an exotic dancer, Terica Ellis, to carry out the killing. Norman had taken out a life insurance policy worth $450,000 on his nephew, making him the sole beneficiary. The case garnered significant media attention due to its shocking nature and the involvement of reality TV personalities.
