Then EGOT winner Whoopi Goldberg joins Sherri to discuss her revealing new memoir, Bits and Pieces, which was published on May 7, 2024. The book focuses on Goldberg’s life, career, and family, including her late mother and brother. It offers a semi-autobiographical account, detailing her rise to fame and the influence of her loved ones.
Additionally, Jason Lindsey, aka “Mr. Science,” joins the show to present some backyard science experiments. Lindsey is a nationally recognized STEM educator, science multimedia journalist, meteorologist, and author. He has appeared on various television programs, including NBC’s Today Show, to inspire curiosity and a long-term interest in science and math.
