Shoresy” Returns for a Third Season June 21 on Hulu

Canadian hockey comedy “Shoresy” is back for a third season, premiering on Hulu on June 21, 2024. All six new episodes will be available to stream, promising more of the foul-mouthed humor and quirky characters that have made the show a hit with fans.

“Shoresy” is a spin-off of the popular series “Letterkenny”, created by and starring Jared Keeso. The show follows the titular character, Shoresy, a former hockey star who joins the struggling Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs in their quest to turn their losing streak around. With Shoresy’s help, the team aims to become the best in their league and never lose again.

The third season will see the return of fan-favorite characters, including Tasya Teles as Nat, the steely general manager of the Bulldogs, and Ryan McDonell as Mark Michaels. Harlan Blayne Kytwayhat reprises his role as Sanguinet, with Blair Lamora as Ziigwan and Keilani Rose as Miigwan, Nat’s sister. The cast also includes Terry Ryan as Ted Hitchcock and Camille Sullivan as Laura Mohr, the object of Shoresy’s affections.

Season three will pick up after the Bulldogs’ victory in the league, as they move on to compete in the National Senior Tournament. The team will face tougher opponents and deal with the pressures of national exposure. Off the ice, the potential romance between Shoresy and Laura will continue to develop, and fans will be eager to see if the pair finally become a couple.

With its unique blend of sports and humor, “Shoresy” has become a fan favorite, receiving positive reviews for its writing, characters, and charm. The first two seasons were well-received, and the show’s early renewal for a third season is a testament to its popularity.
