Billy Blanks Jr., son of fitness guru Billy Blanks, will join Tamron Hall to discuss his new inclusive fitness program on Kibu, an online platform offering adapted workouts for people with disabilities. Kibu provides a range of fitness classes, including cardio, strength training, yoga, dance, and martial arts, making the fitness industry more accessible and inclusive.
