On Tuesday, May 14, Jennifer Hudson welcomes country music star Chris Stapleton and etiquette expert Myka Meier to the show.
Chris Stapleton, the current ACM Entertainer of the Year, joins Jennifer to discuss his fifth studio album, “Higher,” which was released in November 2023. The album showcases Stapleton’s “supernatural” voice and musical versatility, with songs that span genres and defy easy categorization. “Higher” has received critical acclaim, with Stapleton’s range and storytelling abilities highlighted. The album was produced by Dave Cobb, and features contributions from Stapleton’s wife, Morgane, as well as members of his touring band.
Stapleton will also talk about his upcoming “All-American Road Show” tour. He has won numerous awards for his music, including eight Grammy Awards, 10 Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards, and 14 Country Music Association (CMA) Awards. In 2023, Rolling Stone ranked him at number 170 on its list of the 200 Greatest Singers of All Time.
Myka Meier, an American-British entrepreneur, etiquette coach, and author, joins Jennifer to offer her expertise in etiquette and protocol. Meier is the founder of Beaumont Etiquette, a distinguished consultancy offering courses in British, Continental European, and American etiquette to both adults and youth. She has authored two books: “Modern Etiquette Made Easy: A Five-Step Method to Mastering Etiquette” and “Business Etiquette Made Easy: The Essential Guide to Professional Success.” Meier has been featured in Vogue, Town & Country, Harper’s Bazaar, and other notable publications. She has also appeared on Good Morning America and The Today Show.
