Along with ruthlessly efficient investigator Nora Gage (Garcelle Beauvais) and a staff of brilliantly skilled, driven individuals — some with their own agendas and secrets — Harlan does whatever it takes to prevail in a world of uneasy alliances and uncertain loyalties.
