Horse In The House (ITV 1977, Kim McDonald, Alison Glennie)

Horse in the House was a family comedy drama series. When it looks like a pair of wealthy kids may have to sell their prize horse Orbit to an arab sheik they decide to substitute him for a lesser horse, they then had to keep the horse hidden from their parents.

Season one followed the theme of Orbit getting kidnapped whilst season two was made up of three two part stories and changed things somewhat with lead character Melanie now living with an aunt and uncle.
