Lidsville (ABC 1971, Butch Patrick, Billy Hayes)

Lidsville was a semi-animated adventure series. When Mark (Butch Patrick) visits a theme park’s magic show, he discovers a magic hat that shakes him into a bizarre world known as.. LIDSVILLE! Not only does he have to get used to living with the resident oversized talking hats, he must fend off the evil Horatio W. Hoo Doo (Charles Nelson Reilly) and his motley crew of misfits.

Lidsville originally premiered on television in 1972 and sparked the creation of 17 episodes by Sid and Marty Krofft. It ran for two very successful years on network TV. The show was loved by adults and children alike, and a cult favorite for Krofft fans and stoners alike because of its colorful and well..weird premise.
