What can we expect from this episode

Steve and Aneeshwar take care of a Harris’s hawk named Ruby by feeding her and taking her for flights in the woods. When she lands on their gloves, they get a good look at her and learn more about what makes Ruby so exceptional. The two then proceed to investigate a colony of leafcutter ants. They see the birds snip leaves and bring them inside. At last, the strange link between these two incredible creatures is uncovered.

Steve and Aneeshwar Go Wild is a series which follows Steve Backshall and young environmental enthusiast Aneeshwar Kunchala as they meet amazing exotic animals in zoos and safari parks.

In each episode, our intrepid adventurer’s come face to face with two creatures and reveal the surprising and unusual ways in which they are connected in the wild.
