On Tuesday, April 23, CBS Mornings welcomes country music singer Angel Carter, singer-songwriter Eric Church, dancer and actor Bebe Neuwirth, and artist and author Chanel Miller to the show.
Angel Carter, the sister of Nick Carter of the Backstreet Boys, joins co-host Gayle King to discuss her career as a former model, homemaker, and social media personality.
In an exclusive interview, political and chief legal correspondent Jan Crawford sits down with Eric Church, a country music singer-songwriter. Church has released nine studio albums and is known for his hits such as “Drink in My Hand” and “The Only Way I Know.” He has also co-written songs for other artists, including “The World Needs a Drink” for Terri Clark.
Bebe Neuwirth, a two-time Emmy Award and Tony Award winner, joins the show to discuss her role in the Broadway revival of Cabaret. Neuwirth is known for her roles in A Chorus Line, Sweet Charity, and Chicago. She has also appeared in television shows such as Cheers, Frasier, and Madam Secretary.
Chanel Miller, a writer and artist, joins CBS Mornings to discuss her artwork and her critically acclaimed memoir, Know My Name. Miller’s powerful words have brought comfort and hope to survivors of sexual assault worldwide. Her memoir recounts her experience as a rape survivor and the subsequent legal case, sparking a national discussion about the treatment of sexual assault cases and the trauma survivors endure during trials.
