John Kirby, Avril Benoit, Face the Nation, 7 April 2024, CBS
Face the Nation, the CBS Sunday morning public affairs programme, returns with another instalment on April 7, featuring interviews with prominent figures and insightful discussions on the latest issues.
The episode, airing on CBS, will include conversations with White House National Security Spokesman John Kirby, Maryland Governor Wes Moore, Senator Chris Van Hollen, Representative French Hill, and Rachel Goldberg, whose son Hersh Goldberg-Polin is among those taken hostage by Hamas.
The show will also feature an interview with Avril Benoit, Executive Director of Doctors Without Borders, an international humanitarian organisation providing medical aid in nearly 70 countries. Additionally, Janti Soeripto, President and CEO of Save the Children, will join the programme to discuss the organisation’s humanitarian efforts and advocacy for children’s rights.
