The episode “Semper Fi” finds Stabler leaning into his military network to trace the source of the deadly heroin pipeline. With his expertise and connections, he aims to shut down this dangerous operation. Meanwhile, Joe Jr., one of Stabler’s brothers, takes drastic action when his other brothers attempt to stage an intervention, believing he is using heroin.
