Match of the Day 2 on Sunday 14 April returns with Mark Chapman presenting highlights from the Premier League’s Matchday 32. The episode features two crucial matches as the season reaches a pivotal stage.
Manchester United host Liverpool at Old Trafford in a repeat of their dramatic FA Cup quarter-final. Liverpool, led by Jurgen Klopp, will be seeking revenge for their 4-3 extra-time defeat in March and aiming to strengthen their bid for a twentieth league title.
Elsewhere, Sheffield United welcomes Chelsea to Bramall Lane. Chelsea will be aiming for another victory after their 2-0 win in the reverse fixture, thanks to second-half goals from Cole Palmer and Nicolas Jackson.
The show will also look back at Saturday’s games, including Everton vs. Aston Villa and Manchester United vs. Tottenham. Villa thrashed Everton 4-0 in August, but the Toffees got their revenge by knocking Villa out of the EFL Cup a month later.
