This spin-off of Touched By An Angel, stars Gerald McRaney, Wendy Phillips, Austin O’Brien and Sara Schaub. It is the story of a family who attempt to turn their misfortune into an opportunity to stay on the road together.
After he loses his job, Russell Greene (McRaney) and his wife, Claire (Phillips), together with their son, Joshua (O’Brien), their daughter, Dinah (Schaub), and Russell’s mother, pack up all their belongings in a truck and hit the road in search of work. At their first stop, the Greenes discover that Russell’s unstable brother has abandoned a son, who also joins the family.
Though the Greenes don’t know where their travels will take them, what they learn about life in America adds wisdom and strength to their own family, as well as to the lives of the people they encounter.
