Adventures Of Rupert Bear, The (ITV 1970-1976)

Adventures of Rupert Bear

Children’s stop frame animated adventures of young Rupert Bear and his animal friends in the town of Nutwood.

The series had a fantastic and well remembered theme tune (which incidentally was sung by the same lady, Jackie Lee, who sang the theme to White Horses and even featured Big Jim Sullivan on guitar) which reached number 12 on the UK charts.

Only 74 colour episodes are still in existence (16 remain in black and white although the series was all colour).
