Although Britons consume one-third of Italy’s Prosecco, they rarely travel to this part of the Veneto region. After spending the night in a giant wine barrel, Clive meets one of the few female winegrowers in the country, who explains why Prosecco is a worthy alternative to champagne. He then hops into the navigator’s seat of a 70-year-old Maserati and goes antiquing in the hill town of Asolo.
