Gordon Ramsay is still on the lookout for the next big food star to back. He has selected a group of creative and innovative businesspeople to participate in an obstacle course for a cash prize of £150,000.

The focus for the evening is on originality. He starts by challenging the competitors to recreate a sushi platter from a master chef’s demonstration in Oxford. Who will take notice and learn? And who will give way first?

Gordon then suggests that the groups try canned drinks and seltzers. Will they be able to make a product that consumers can’t help but notice? What kind of reception will their items get if Gordon orders them to debut them at the prestigious Henley Royal Regatta? Will Gordon’s undercover experts give the green light to the teams’ innovations?

At last, the squads sit down with Gordon to analyse their week’s results. When two go head-to-head, who stays and who goes?

Gordon will drive the contenders through a series of relentless challenges designed to test their character and showcase their business skills because, according to Gordon, an idea is only as good as the person who’s had it.
