Love Island Episode 23 (ITV2 Friday 10 February 2023)
Today Friday 10 February 2023, there is a new episode of Love Island.
With Tanyel having been eliminated and a recoupling last night, the remaining couples settle into their new dynamics.
There are more twists and turns than an English country lane tonight as the least compatible couple, as voted by the viewers, will be forced to leave the villa.
Meanwhile Shaq is spending much of his time at loggerheads with various islanders. Having called out Ron last night for not helping with the washing up he takes Ron aside for chat “I just wanted to speak to you on a one-to-one basis, at the start me and you were very close and very tight and as time has gone on we’ve grown further apart.”
Ron tells him “I feel like the reason we’ve drifted apart was the Casey situation. I felt like you thought he was more important and you’d only known him for a couple of days.”
Shaq then finds himself at loggerheads with Tanya and Lana who were not happy about the Ron washing up situation. “It was rude, he’s a grown man, he heard you the first time,” says Tanya.
Lana adds “It didn’t sit right and I felt like it wasn’t about the kitchen.”
Later after Shaq has mulled over the conversation he ends up having further words with Tanya “I wanted to speak to you about when you and Lana spoke to me, with that situation, I’ll be honest, I really didn’t like it. It felt like I was being told off,” he tells her.
Tanya responds: “Babe, no-one is coming to you like a child, I don’t know why you’re taking it like that.”
Shaq says: “The way it was handled, I don’t like it and I don’t expect you of all people to put me in that situation.”
Tanya continues: “I understand, but for that specific situation that’s how I would have handled it and if I had to go back I would do it the same.”
There is sure to be lots more drama coming up as Casa Amor is on the horizon.
