Pumpkin Everything Premieres Saturday October 8 on Hallmark
In Pumpkin Everything, author Amy (Taylor Cole) is getting ready to embark on a book tour in support of the latest instalment in her series. When she finds out that her grandfather Tom (Michael Ironside) has broken his wrist, however, her plans are derailed. Despite the fact that his advanced age is beginning to affect him, he is still willing to continue working at Pumpkin Everything in their charming hometown of Autumnsboro. Amy loves her grandfather, despite the bitterness she feels that he never seemed to appreciate her writing.
She comes up with inventive ways to change up her book tour obligations so that she can go back home and help. But it might be more difficult than she anticipates to get home. Amy discovers that Tom is just as resistant as always as she tries to persuade him to retire and take better care of himself. Additionally, she discovers that Kit (Corey Sevier), her old best friend from high school, is now in charge of running Pumpkin Everything. Amy must collaborate closely with Kit and her grandfather as the town gets ready for Foliage Fest in order for the event to be successful for the shop.
Amy experiences rekindled feelings upon returning to Autumnsboro and has the opportunity to mend the wounds she caused when she left. Amy quickly discovers that her feelings for Kit are developing. She discovers that going back home was exactly what Tom and she needed. Amy needs to determine her place in the world because her book tour obligations could yank her away once more.
