Loving You (ITV1 2003, Niamh Cusack, Douglas Henshall)

Divorced Chloe Langdon has fallen in love with child psychologist Dan and he has moved in with her and her two young daughters. When allegations of child sex abuse are made against him she doesn’t believe it and stands by him, but the police seem convinced and she begins to doubt him and worries for the safety of her own daughters so he moves out of her house.

Eventually Chloe is instrumental in proving his innocence but their relationship has been destroyed because of the doubts she had about him.
